The Incline girls' tennis team opened the season with a thrilling come-from-behind win against Spanish Springs on Aug. 31.
After a tough loss to Fallon this past Tuesday, the girls are now 1-1 on the season.
Down 9-8 in matches and down a break in the final match on court, Incline's Ginetta Sagan, a sophomore, broke back to force a tiebreaker to decide the match. She won the tiebreaker 7-5, with all the players and spectators from both squads cheering each point.
Incline went on to win five of the six team-wide tiebreakers to decide a hotly contested season opener.
Seniors Kayla Franklin, Rowan Johnson and Amanda Pazell each had two wins and a win in the tiebreakers, as did sophomore Toby Felman.
Sagan was the hero of the day, however, winning all three of her matches and the tiebreaker.

Tough loss at Fallon
The Incline girls lost 12-6 to a solid Fallon team in very tough weather conditions on the road this past Tuesday. The Highlanders really battled a good team and dusty, windy and hot conditions after a long bus ride, said first-year coach Jim Giancola. The team was led by sophomore Toby Felman, who won all three of her singles matches, and Sagan, who won two out of three matches. Both have 5-1 records after two matches.
The senior doubles team of Johnson and Pazell are .500 on the year. The team's next match is at Damonte Ranch on Thursday, Sept. 9. The girls are 1-1 on the season.
