A memorial fund has been set up at the El Dorado Savings Bank at South Lake Tahoe to commemorate Jordyn Mykailee Comellas, a baby girl who lived for only 11 days.
She was born Nov. 29, 2002, weighing 5 pounds, 5 ounces. The dark-haired, blue-eyed infant died Dec. 10 after being attacked by the family dog in Kings Beach. She is survived by her mother Kim and her father, John Comellas of Kings Beach. Jordyn also is survived by her grandparents, David and Donna Jones of Carson City, Helen and Al Richmond of New York and William Comellas of Georgetown, Texas.
