IVGID provides water and sewer services, for which residents are billed monthly. It maintains a Recreation Center, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, private beaches, a tennis complex and two golf courses. Most property owners are entitled to an IVGID recreation card, a pass that allows residents and their guests onto the private beaches as well as allows access to other recreation at discounted rates.

It is open Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Delivery of the local newspaper, the North Lake Tahoe Bonanza, will give you a good idea of what's going on in the community as well as current employment opportunities. The paper is delivered free of charge on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays to Incline Village residents by calling (775) 831-4666.
Washoe County offers satellite offices in the Centerpointe Building, 865 Tahoe Blvd., with main offices located in Reno. The Incline Village branch of the county clerk's office is in room 102. This office can assist residents with marriage licenses, Notary Public applications, registering to vote, and applying for a business license.
