Could it be that certain CPAs eat from the same table as the IRS and profit from the perpetuation of the fraud against the American people by the IRS/Federal Mafia? Hmmm! Maybe that's why certain CPAs lash out against our Tax Honesty leader, Mr. Irwin Schiff with such vehemence! What is interesting about Mr. Irwin Schiffs' case is how Federal Judge Kent J. Dawson refused the request of the jurors to see co-defendant Cindy Neuns' tattered and marked up Internal Revenue Code Book, along with a clean copy of the IR Code Book. Why is that? Judge Dawson stated that this would be problematic. I bet! The jurors would then be able to verify who is telling the truth about what the law says. But, alas, us average American citizens may become confused by the law though we all are supposed to know what the law is. What bravery the defendants and their witnesses have shown in their fight for the truth. Did you know that the witnesses for the defense were all mirandized to further intimidate them from telling the truth? No witnesses for the prosecution were mirandized. The prosecution witnesses risked nothing with their testimonies whereas the defense witnesses risked much.
The government's own psychologist says Irwin Schiff believes he is not liable for the federal income tax. He also believes most of us Americans aren't.
Judge Dawson refused to let the government psychologist testify during the trial. The government's own psychologist's testimony would have totally demolished any suggestion of willfulness.
Mr. Jeff Quinn continues to attempt to smear Mr. Irwin Schiff by referring to him as a tax nut.
Mr Quinns' opinion holds no weight with anyone who knows Mr. Schiff or has truly studied what he has shown to be the truth about income taxes and the federal mafia.
