Intero's newest office additions are Susan Devyak and Todd Disbrow who joined the team of experienced local agents in August.
Devyak grew up in the Midwest and has been living in Lake Tahoe for the past 26 years.
She attended business school at Ivy Tech and trained in management and retail. She is licensed in California and Nevada and began her real estate business career in 1989.
"Teaming with Intero Real Estate Services has given rise to a dynamic culmination of professionalism, enthusiasm and skill," Devyak said about joining the Intero team.
Disbrow was born in Carmichael, Calif.
He works, lives and plays in Tahoe because he loves the outdoors, especially for the skiing, golfing, boating, biking, hiking and relaxing. Graduating Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Nevada, Reno and then obtaining his California and Nevada real estate licenses, plus his Masters in Business Administration from University of Nevada, Reno in 2006, Disbrow is focused on constantly improving himself.
He believes in working hard and providing his clients with knowledge and advice that will get them the best deal.
"I joined Intero because I feel like it's a perfect match. Both Intero and I are committed to pioneering a better way to do real estate. Intero has a strong foothold in the bay area, and has relationships with the profile of clients that buy and sell property in Lake Tahoe," said Disbrow when asked why he made the move to Intero.
New fitness class for children
at The Next Level
The Next Level, a local fitness, yoga and pilates studio, will now offer GRAVITYouth Seriesô a youth fitness program by efi Sports Medicine designed to help kids be active, train for sports and have fun.
The GRAVITYouth Series at The Next Level features three age-specific workouts: Secret Circuit, for 4th and 5th grader, and Sports Circuit, for middle and high school students. These workouts are performed on efi's GTS machine, an incline glideboard and cable pulley system that uses an individual's body weight as resistance.
Secret Circuit is set up as an interactive game for Elementary aged students.
Participants choose from a deck of cards featuring various exercises they can perform and surprises such as wild cards to keep the kids interested and entertained. Sports Circuit engages older kids by linking exercises to sports activities and competition.
Each GRAVITYouth program utilizes traditional strength training and flexibility exercises, but the delivery style, tempo, intensity and exercise selections are tailored to the unique capabilities and interests of each age group.
"The GTS really makes the difference," The Next Level Owner Karen Osborne said. "The kids are intrigued by the unit and enjoy being able to master a new activity."
Classes will be limited to six students per group and will begin Oct. 10.
For more information, call the Next Level at 775-833-0811.
