For those looking for last minute blizzard supplies, Raley's and the Village Market are stocked up on bread and milk as of Friday morning.

"We got deliveries this morning," said Village Market Owner Ron Stanger. "We’re fine. We’re not out."

At Raley's Jeb Reading, a delivery person for Sara Lee, was restocking bread. Before he arrived the entire packaged bread area of Raley's was sold out.

"Who ever gets up the hill first sells the most," Reading said. "They sold it all yesterday."

Raley's also had stock on windshield wiper fluid and snowmelt.

As for battery-operated flashlights, Village Ace Hardware was virtually sold out Friday morning, said owner Byrne Falke.

The store was beginning to sell crank and shake flashlights.

"It runs for quite a while and doesn't need batteries," Falke said.

Village Ace Hardware was also almost sold out of "d" batteries and was completely sold out of emergency candles and gas heaters.

But their stock on shovels was high.

"We have tons of shovels," Falke said.

He also said customers were coming into buy snow chains.

"I don't know where they are going to drive," he said laughing.
