Doucette joins Coldwell Banker InclineVillage Realty as Sales Associate

LaCynda Doucette has joined Coldwell Banker Incline Village Realty as a full-time sales associate working out of the 917 Tahoe Boulevard office.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Incline Village Realty, Doucette met the Nevada state real estate licensing requirements and completed comprehensive Coldwell Banker training. “We’re happy to have LaCynda Doucette on our team, said Ned Stock, managing broker at Coldwell Banker Incline Village Realty. “She is very excited about the opportunities Coldwell Banker presents as a new real estate professional, and is extremely knowledgeable about the Incline Village/Crystal Bay area and market.

A native of Lubbock, Texas, Doucette attended Texas Tech University focusing her attention on communication and photojournalism. Doucette has been active in Toastmasters, Rotary, and is a passionate supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, ASPCA.

Doucette served as executive assistant and media/public relations director to the world-renowned explorer and historian, Gene Savoy, in Reno, within the nonprofit organization, Andean Explorers Foundation, for 20 years. Doucette assisted Savoy with his media and journalistic endeavors and found herself on numerous occasions, along with other members of the foundation, deep in the jungles of Peru exploring alongside Savoy as he uncovered vast cities and ancient civilizations.

As expedition coordinator, Doucette assisted members of the AEF as well as numerous film crews associated with film companies from around the globe as they accompanied Savoy in the interior jungle to film and document Savoy’s finds. As a fundraiser, Doucette raised thousands of dollars that were used to fund the Andean Explorers Foundation expeditions.

Shanda Orsi moves to public relations division

Shanda Orsi has been appointed to the position of public relations and business developer for Stewart Title of the Nevada division. She began her career in the escrow and title industry in 1998. Her experience in all aspects of the escrow transaction brings an invaluable knowledge to the marketing department.
