Chase Internationals Incline Village office recently added five of Inclines top agents to its team.
The agents, long-time Lake Tahoe locals with extensive experience and ties to the community, began working with Chase earlier this month.
Husband-and-wife team Tom and Karen Bruno now call Chase International their home.
Shari Chase, president and CEO of Chase International, understands how to market Lake Tahoe, said Tom Bruno. Nobody else comes close to the marketing program shes developed.
Ive worked with many Chase agents and have always been very impressed, said Karen Bruno. I prefer the smaller, boutique firms and Chases marketing department is incredible. My clients are all extremely happy about the move.
Kurt Carlstedt, a Tahoe resident since 1984, also joins the Chase team. A certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Carlstedt is the past president of the Incline Village Board of Realtors and was named the Incline Village Realtor of the Year in 2004.
Chase International is impeccably professional, said Carlstedt. All the systems are in place and everythings neat and tidy thats how things work.
Pier Warmuth has lived in Lake Tahoe for more than 10 years. I came to Chase because their quality of marketing is unmatched and their name is synonymous with luxury homes in Incline Village.
With more than 15 years experience in real estate, Warmuth serves on the Incline Village Board of Realtors.
Karin Baker joined the Incline team earlier this fall. Baker specializes in residential real estate and complex tax deferred exchanges and is a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist.
I chose Chase because I wanted to align myself with the leader in luxury real estate, Baker said. Not only was I drawn by their prestige, but the company is incredibly tech savvy and on the cutting edge of marketing. Theyre true trendsetters.
