Libation: The Stone Quench



The Grille bartender at The Championship Golf Course, Sarah Stone, came up with this signature drink for The Grille that is great with or without alcohol. She designed this beverage to be thirst quenching after 18 holes or just off of a dusty hiking trail.



Ingredients:

Cranberry juice

ice

1 ounce strawberry mix

1 ounce pineapple juice

12 ounces lemonade

2 large fresh strawberries

5 large mint leaves

1 lime

1.5 ounces Cruzan coconut rum

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend and pour over ice

3. Garnish rim with a fresh whole strawberry
