INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — If you are interested in attending the Tastes of Incline you need to act now. Last year this event was sold out before the day of the event. The annual benefit for Philanthropic Educational Organization will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at The Chateau and is one not to miss.
The event features food from 21 local restaurants along with wine tasting. This year the following restaurants will be featured: Asian Noodles Too, Azzara's, Big Water Grille, Bite, Caliente, China Wok, Conrad's, Crystal Bay Steak and Lobster House, Ernie's, Fredrick's, Indu's Sri Lanken Cuisine, Jason's Beachside Grille, La Fondue, Lupita's, Sierra Nevada College, Soule Domain, Starbucks, Tahoe Provisions, The Grille, Tomaato's and Village Meats.
This annual fundraiser for PEO supports education for women. PEO sponsors scholarships to Incline High School girls interested in pursuing college as well as for women returning to school after a divorce or other major event.
Tickets for the Tastes of Incline are available for $45 if purchased in advance or $50 at the door with advance tickets available by mail until Aug. 21. To order send payment to PEO Chapter AC, PO Box 6642, Incline Village, NV 89450. Tickets can also be purchased outside Raley's and the Village Market Aug. 23 and Aug. 24, or they can be purchased at The Potlatch or Incline Outfitters.
