IVGID offers Youth Advisory Council to local teens

The Incline Village General Improvement District is looking for young people in grades seven to 12 from throughout the Incline Village/Crystal Bay area to form a Youth Advisory Council. The YAC will address issues of education, employment, recreation, youth development, volunteerism and leadership. It will be responsible for programs, events and initiatives that promote positive youth development and involvement in local schools, communities and governments. Students in grade seven to 12 who currently attend Incline High School, Incline Middle School or the Lake Tahoe School and who are interested in a leadership role within their community and among their peers please contact Katy Washington at Katy_washington@ivgid.org or call (775) 832-1301.
