The Incline Village General Improvement District is looking for young people in grades seven to 12 from throughout the Incline Village/Crystal Bay area to form a Youth Advisory Council. The YAC will address issues of education, employment, recreation, youth development, volunteerism and leadership. It will be responsible for programs, events and initiatives that promote positive youth development and involvement in local schools, communities and governments.
