INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — A Reno man hs pleaded guilty to siphoning gasoline from a district refueling station in August.
Brian Fenn, 40, pleaded guilty to petty larceny on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at James V. Mancuso Justice Court in Incline. Fenn faces a $300 fine and a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail for his role in siphoning gas on Aug. 9 from an Incline Village General Improvement District refueling station.
He and 61-year old Pittsburg, Calif., resident Daniel Brown were arrested shortly after the incident for allegedly siphoning 560 gallons of fuel into special tanks in the back of a pickup truck from the IVGID tank near Sand Harbor.
The court found Brown guilty of the same charge in October.
