The Highlanders torched visiting Dayton 61-35 in a nonleague game Wednesday night to improve to 5-0 on the season.
All five wins have come against larger schools, as Incline also has defeated Spring Creek and Truckee, both 3A programs, as well as 4A South Tahoe and Portola (Calif).
Senior forward Ryan Lee led the Highlanders offensively against Dayton, scoring 15 points to go along with his team-high seven rebounds.
Incline senior guard Micha Corneil contributed 10 points in the winning effort, while Patrick Howe and Josh Dykstra each finished with eight points. Patrick Murray had a team-high five assists, and Sam Witt added four assists.
The Highlanders jumped out to a 20-9 lead by the end of the first quarter, and carried a comfortable 29-15 lead into the half. Incline ran away with the game in the second half, outscoring the Dust Devils 15-8 in the third quarter and 17-12 in the fourth en route to the lopsided win.

Incline is scheduled to host Jefferson of the Bay Area (Daly City) on Friday at 7 p.m. Incline head coach Dan Schreiber said Jefferson has an enrollment between 1,300 and 1,400 students.
