Incline sophomore Grace Dolan raced to her second straight Tahoe Basin League win Thursday at Heavenly Mountain Resort.
Dolan posted a combined time of 59.27 between her two slalom runs to take the top spot over runner-up Ashley Killeen, who finished in 1:01:68.
“Grace is continuing to race well for us,” said Incline head coach Joe Humasti. “It was her second victory, and she won by a pretty good amount.”
Humasti said Dolan skied more conservatively on her first run, crossing the finish in 30.40, before posting a 28.87 with an aggressive second run.
“She skied very smooth, and really attacked the course on her second run,” the coach said.
Kelsey Wittles of North Tahoe took third with a combined time of 1:03:73.
In the boys' race, Chris Whatford of South Lake Tahoe captured the win with a time of 56:37, while Davis Bedient was the top-placing Highlander in 20th (1:09:76). Incline's Sam Canino took 33rd (1:27:19).
South Tahoe boys earned the next two spots, as Michael Suglian placed second (53:95) and Luca Genasci third (54:28).
The South Tahoe boys and Truckee girls won Thursday's team titles. South Tahoe took the overall, combined win.
