The Billy Dutton Uphill will celebrate its 22st anniversary on Sunday, April 11,at Squaw Valley with registration from 7-8 a.m. at the funnitel. The race benefits Cross Country Junior Olympics and is a celebration of the life of Billy Dutton, a search and rescue skier who lost his life to brain cancer more than 20 years ago. The course climbs 3.2 miles from the funnitel to High Camp, and can be done on cross-country skis, snowshoes or running shoes. A party will be held at High Camp with raffle prizes, music and food.
