The Incline Village Parks & Recreation Department is hosting a Community Health & Wellness Initiative from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, at the Incline Village Recreation Center. Featured speaker will be Jill Whisler from the Tahoe Center for Health and Sports Performance Center. Learn how to establish healthy eating patterns and prevent obesity and diabetes. Provide the best eating environment for growth, nourishment, concentration and energy.
