Mary Blanchette is a long-time resident who has found Incline Village a great place to both work and live. Of course she loves all that Incline offers for recreation and other amenities too.

Mary moved to Incline Village in 1978, met her husband here and they have raised their son Rad here as well. She also spent a lot of time as a spectator at area ski races and socializing with other parents at the races and all of the other school events.

“I've seen a lot of changes here over the years,” she said. “I still love living here.”

She loves to go the beach at any time of the year, hiking, kayaking and walking with friends. Watching the delightful bears and other creatures that wander into her yard is also a favorite activity when not working.

“I love all that Tahoe has to offer,” she said.

Mary works at All About Nails and More in the Village Center where she enjoys working and meeting all of the interesting people who stop or come into the salon. She is never bored either because each day is different.
