Rose Trailhead, the top of Highway 431.
Daggett Summit Reroute , Tuesdays and Saturdays in August
This is the third trail-building season of the multi-year Daggett Summit project, which will connect the Tahoe Rim Trail with the Van Sickle State Park, reroute the TRT off of paved roads, and provide stunning views of Lake Tahoe to more people. Last year we built five miles of new trail; however we still have more than four miles to go!• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 13, 16, 20, 23, 27 and 30 at Heavenly Stagecoach Parking Lot
